Returns & Refund Policy
At BrewDog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on non-food items or damaged goods within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all returned merchandise is in its original packaging and remains unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items to initiate the process.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-perishable items.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original box and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
