Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status.

Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Since our products contain alcohol, someone over the legal drinking age must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for the package upon delivery.

What should I do if my cans or bottles arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage for a full refund or replacement.

Are BrewDog beers vegan-friendly?
